FDIC Disclosure
First National Bank and Trust Company, Falls City is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts (as defined by regulation 12 CFR 370 and which includes our Checking with Interest account) are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account*. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
* Amounts swept/transferred from accounts with unlimited FDIC coverage, into money markets/savings/club accounts/CDs, may subject these swept/transferred amounts to account types with limited levels of FDIC coverage no longer eligible for the full guarantee.
